In April 2006 I went on a magnificent journey into Myanmar, principally
to visit my Dad's grave at Thanbyuzayat.
Accompanied by my good friend Margaret I took my notebook, my flash
drive and my papers and pencils and recorded my journey for this weblog.
As internet access was limited in Myanmar, Tibet and China I was not able to submit my daily blogs at that time, but having arrived home have now submitted the first 17 or so days "as if I was doing it live". Come experience with me the sights and visual delights of far away places with strange sounding names, many of which have been beckoning me for so long.
